1. What we host vs. what we link
XXX Gay is an editorial directory. The only original content on this site is the editorial copy you're reading right now and the directory metadata (titles, descriptions, screenshots used for editorial reference). All adult media lives on independent third-party sites we link to.
Because of that, two kinds of takedown requests exist:
- About a listing on this site — we can remove the listing, the description, and any thumbnail. We process these notices ourselves.
- About content on a third-party site we link to — we can remove the listing, but the underlying content removal request must also go to that third-party site directly. We will help where we can.
2. How to file a notice
Send the notice by email to admin@xxxgay.co with the subject line DMCA TAKEDOWN.
For your notice to be actionable under 17 U.S.C. § 512(c), it must contain:
- A physical or electronic signature of the copyright owner or a person authorized to act on their behalf.
- Identification of the copyrighted work claimed to have been infringed (or a representative list if multiple works on the same site).
- The exact URL on XXX Gay of the listing you want removed (e.g.
https://xxxgay.co/listing/example) and, where applicable, the exact URL on the third-party destination site. - Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you have a good faith belief that the use is not authorized by the copyright owner, its agent, or the law.
- A statement, under penalty of perjury, that the information in the notice is accurate and that you are the copyright owner or are authorized to act on the owner's behalf.
Tip: Send the notice from a domain-affiliated address (i.e. an email at the copyright owner's domain, not a free webmail address). It speeds up verification.
3. Our response
- We acknowledge receipt within 24 hours on business days.
- If the notice is complete and the claim is on its face valid, we hide or remove the listing the same day.
- If we need clarification, we'll write back with a single, specific question.
- We log every notice and our response. The log is internal but available to legal counsel on request.
4. Counter-notice
If a listing belonging to you was removed in error, you may submit a counter-notice
under 17 U.S.C. § 512(g). Send it to the same address with the subject line
DMCA COUNTER-NOTICE. Counter-notices must include:
- Your physical or electronic signature.
- The URL of the listing that was removed (or the listing identifier we used in our removal email).
- A statement under penalty of perjury that you have a good faith belief the listing was removed by mistake or misidentification.
- Your full legal name, mailing address, telephone number, and email address.
- A statement that you consent to the jurisdiction of the federal court for the judicial district in which your address is located, or, if outside the U.S., to the jurisdiction of the federal courts of the country where XXX Gay operates.
5. Repeat infringers
Operators of sites that receive multiple verified takedown notices are removed from the directory and not eligible for re-submission. We don't litigate this; the policy is mechanical.
6. Misuse of the takedown process
Knowingly filing a false takedown notice is itself a violation of 17 U.S.C. § 512(f) and exposes the sender to liability. We take this seriously, both ways: we won't remove listings without a complete notice, and we will defend operators against notices that are obviously bad-faith competitive maneuvering.
7. Non-DMCA takedowns
For removal requests that aren't copyright-based (privacy, defamation, non-consensual
intimate imagery, deepfakes, sextortion), email
admin@xxxgay.co
with subject URGENT TAKEDOWN and a plain description of the issue. We
treat these with the same 24-hour response window. For non-consensual or underage
content, we act immediately and report to the appropriate authorities where required.
8. Designated agent
For statutory purposes, our designated DMCA agent receives notices at admin@xxxgay.co. We do not currently maintain a postal address for service of takedown notices; email is the fastest and most reliable channel.
